Self -Care Life Coaching focuses on the issues of Self-Care to create positive changes and bring balance to ones life.

How does coaching differ from therapy?
Coaching does NOT involve diagnosis, treatment, or recovery. Coaching is based on a partnership between two equals, not a relationship between an “expert” and a “non-expert.”
How do I know if I am ready for coaching?

- Are willing to consider new ways of thinking and acting.
